How can we solve the climate crisis?
We believe that having a mature approach to the climate crisis means understanding that change not only derives from the will to push forwards, but also an understanding of what’s holding us back, thereby putting the spotlight on solutions that both can, and will be implemented.
Rison is a fintech company that offers an all-inclusive service when it comes to developing and financing cleantech projects. The financing model together with the tech platform, makes it possible for companies to deploy projects at a much faster pace, maximising the chance that they actually reach their climate targets.
The Rison brand represents honesty, pragmatism and smartness. We have a helpful mindset and work towards strengthening the cleantech industry at the expense of the fossil fuel industry. We understand that the problem isn’t the lack of will but rather the lack of how. We don’t talk so much about why, instead we get the job done.
The core team of Rison is divided into growth, tech and finance. Operations are run by the CEO and COO.

John is the former Head of Business Development at TRINE, an impact investment platform utilising crowd-funding to finance off-grid solar all over the world. John holds a MSc in industrial engineering and management.
