Rison Capital, together with the SEB Nordic Energy fund, invests in geothermal heating, solar energy and energy-efficiency measures for Swedish tenant-owner associations (BRFs).
Our investments are made without burdening the association’s investment budget or increasing its leverage, and can be used for all types of energy improvements.
Because the best measures in a property are those that generate the greatest savings, we can offer terms under which the total cost never exceeds the total savings.
