About the Portfolio

Rison is developing an asset portfolio focused on energy installations in new buildings. The set-up makes it possible for developers to guarantee a high energy rating even when project budget is tight. To maximise the benefits for the developer Rison offers flexible terms tailored to raise the valuation of the property and the return on investment for all developing parties. 

Technologies we are looking to invest in

The portfolio currently focuses on heating, solar, and storage solutions for new buildings, with the flexibility to include energy-efficiency technologies such as ventilation, insulation, and lighting. Our goal is to offer property owners the ability to offload the entire energy system to us, without giving up control or the option to repurchase the installations at any time.

Case in Focus

We are investing in a heating and solar energy project in a residential development just outside Stockholm, Sweden. The investment covers the full scope of geothermal and solar installations, and includes an option to add energy storage and EV charging infrastructure. For the developer, this collaboration reduces project risk and uncertainty in the overall budget.

 

As the building is intended for sale upon completion, our terms are structured to align with the developer’s goal of achieving a higher return on investment compared to current financing alternatives.

BESS - portfölj (batterilösningar)

Rison erbjuder en portfölj av batteritillgångar för både parkägare och fastighetsägare. Genom att vi finansierar och äger batterierna slipper fastighetsägare köpa, äga och ta hand om batterierna. Vi kan även plocka bort batterierna och placera dem hos en annan kund. För batteriparker kan vi ta en stor del av investeringskostnaden, utan att kräva ägarandel i parken.

Energiproduktion för nya fastigheter

Vid utveckling av nya fastigheter erbjuder Risons modell en möjlighet att frigöra utrymme i den totala investeringsbudgeten, utan att kompromissa med energiklass eller fastighetsvärde. LED-belysning i kommunala skolor

Genom vår LED-portfölj kan offentliga och privata fastighetsägare byta till energieffektiv belysning utan att själva stå för investeringskostnaden. Rison finansierar, driver och underhåller systemen till en totalkostnad som är lägre än den besparing det effektivare belysningssystemet genererar. Kommunen sparar pengar och pensionskapitalet gör nytta lokalt.
