Rison erbjuder en portfölj av batteritillgångar för både parkägare och fastighetsägare. Genom att vi finansierar och äger batterierna slipper fastighetsägare köpa, äga och ta hand om batterierna. Vi kan även plocka bort batterierna och placera dem hos en annan kund. För batteriparker kan vi ta en stor del av investeringskostnaden, utan att kräva ägarandel i parken.
Energiproduktion för nya fastigheter
Vid utveckling av nya fastigheter erbjuder Risons modell en möjlighet att frigöra utrymme i den totala investeringsbudgeten, utan att kompromissa med energiklass eller fastighetsvärde. Genom att vi tar investeringskostnaden för energisystemet kan fastighetsutvecklare säkerställa låg energiförbrukning på liknande villkor som för fjärrvärme, el eller annan extern energiförsörjning.
LED-belysning i kommunala skolor
Genom vår LED-portfölj kan offentliga och privata fastighetsägare byta till energieffektiv belysning utan att själva stå för investeringskostnaden. Rison finansierar, driver och underhåller systemen till en totalkostnad som är lägre än den besparing det effektivare belysningssystemet genererar. Kommunen sparar pengar och pensionskapitalet gör nytta lokalt.

By using pension capital to fund the transition to low-energy buildings, public organisations, regions, and municipalities can allocate their own investment budgets to areas where they are most needed locally.
LED Lighting as a Service
Instead of procuring LED lighting systems and services individually, larger organisational units can outsource the entire project to Rison. They pay a fixed annual fee per square meter, which covers maintenance, replacements, and all financing costs, while still being lower than the savings generated by switching from outdated lighting.

Rison, in partnership with BrightEco, has significantly contributed to the municipality of Bollnäs's transition to energy efficiency by replacing outdated fluorescent tubes with advanced LED fixtures in several buildings. This initiative not only reduces operating costs and environmental impact for Bollnäs but also includes comprehensive operation, maintenance, and repairs.
